I have read the article but I think you have always articulated (sorry!) very clearly exactly how you cope, manage and feel to your nearest and dearest and we all respect and admire you enormously for the way you deal with your illness. You will never lose your friends, and certainly not your family because we all love you and are willing you to get through this and get your life back…..we know that even if you look stunning and beautiful and just like you used to, that it has taken a huge effort and you will pay the price over the next days and weeks but you have planned for it because you want to be somewhere or take part in something special and we appreciate that too. lots of love and huge hugs – Adrianne xxx

This is so well articulated, and although nothing we don’t already know, is a reminder of the nature of the daily challenges you face. And no-one could do it with more courage and dignity than you do! The on-going love and support from your family and friends is an expression of how much we all love you. Other people get better from CFS – and so will you!
